    Great facility if you don't want to sleep.
    My friend and I attended the Andre Bocelli concert at the YUM Center on 12/2/23. The friend attending with me has mobility issues. The YUM Center is across the street from the hotel. Additionally, it was located 2 blocks from the restaurant where we had dinner. Therefore, the location was perfect. The hotel is modern and decorated well. The staff was friendly. The room was not large, but was large enough for 2 people.
    The room is not well insulated. We went to bed at 12:30 am. Due to the noise of the outside traffic, we were unable to sleep the whole night (and my husband jokes that I can sleep anywhere, anytime.) Nothing helped. I finally fell asleep around 6 am, but had to get up at 8:30 am. Also, the parking garage elevators were out of order. My travel companion has mobility issues. They told us to enter our floor via the emergency exit. This required steps. I had to help her get down the stair well, go back to get her walker and maneuver our luggage down steps.

    It was OK, had better and had worse.
    Staff was friendly and efficient. The room was acceptable in general. Bed was comfortable. TV worked well. Location was convenient to Yum Center and restaurants, all in walking distance.
    The lounging chair was hard as a rock. For the price I expected a mini fridge and microwave. Glad we brought a small cooler. For some reason we were given a handicap room so the door was automated which was a bit annoying waiting for it to close every time we came in or left. The flanges on all the bathroom handrails were not fixed but just dangling on the rails. Zero counter space in the bathroom for makeup and toiletries. Lots of street noise at night. Sounded like cars were drag racing in front of the Yum Center. It served our purpose for the night but don't feel the rate was commensurate with the accommodations. Plus had to pay and additional $20 to park.

    Hotel was good location.the rooms were very nice
    There was no microwave. You had to pay $20 for parking. That wasnt too bad since the price for the room wasnt bad. The garage elevator was broken.

    Location was great.
    I couldnt see sign on where to park my car and ended up having to pay$16.
