    It was a nice staycay to have a few days away.
    Nice pool, clean rooms, great breakfast, good food in general
    No balcony, price for the room didnt meet the standards.

    Overpriced, disappointing and huge drop in standards
    We have been going to crown for a number of years and sadly this was the most disappointing stay. We paid 75 per night for valet parking and we booked our car back at a certain time to go to a function and it wasnt ready so had to wait 15 minutes and were late for the function. We also had to drag our own trolley to the car when checking out. Not a big deal in isolation but with everything else it was annoying. We ordered a roll out bed for our son as there were 5 of us and they said they would organise but didnt so had to call up the following day. Breakfast was over priced as we had to pay adult price for our 13 year old even though when he wanted to go to the pool on his own he had to be with an adult. I am a silver crown rewards member and tried to book through crown rewards as we receive a small discount and loyalty points but the dates were not available so booked through bdc. When we got to check in they wouldnt allocate pointa as booked through a third party and told us there were lots of rooms available. It was also nearly impossible to get a chair at the pool and my son had an expensive t shirt stolen from the pool when he turned his back for 5 minutes. Overall a very poor stay for a lot of money. We also dont usually complain and in fact turned down the offer of a bottle of champagne when they failed to bring the rollout. Wont be going back
