    Well appointed hotel with great restaurants, fabulous views and very helpful staff.
    Loved the beautiful views and newly renovated rooms. Pool was great and the staff were so helpful. Special thanks to Maarje who went above and beyond to make our stay special! We are extremely grateful to Pan Pacific for the fabulous accommodation.

    Overall great, would be back!
    Staff overall were excellent, especially the Club Lounge team working Thursday and Friday nights. Also Mina from the front desk was excellent. Room was great, bed excellent and food on offer at breakfast also very good.
    The pool area needs a lot of work to make it an enjoyable space. The infrastructure in the area is in need of repair and I noticed electrical wiring near the pool steps which, whilst may be perfectly safe, does not look good at all and it only takes a small child to notice it and play with it before it becomes a major safety hazard. Additionally, for the price paid, barista made coffee should not be at additional cost at breakfast, especially when the quality of the coffee from the machines is at best average.

    Did the job but definitely not worth the price tag.
    The location was great close to everything in the city centre.
    We stayed on level 10 - the room and the level had a damp mould like smell. The room\floor was outdated and felt more like a motel. The room was not clan properly. Hairs on the bathroom floor and food scraps under the bedside table.

    Wasn't disappointed lovely staff and room.
    Clean and tidy soft bed and pillows good internet and entertainment on TV.

    Excellent, professional, courteous and friendly staff especially Jameson and Rohan who both made our stay a wonderful experience. And also the house keeping lady who did an excellent job for Rm 2328
    Not applicable, barring the lack of Riverview but the rest of the stay was a great experience
