very clean, nice room, staff were great nut I didn't like the building
the quality and choice of breakfast items was excellent. The staff were attentive and polite. Mt wife is gluten intolerant and once informed the breakfast room manager was professional and clearly well versed with the problem and offered realistic and reasonable suggestions. The room was well appointed and very well presented, it was very well cleaned. The bed was ok, it was comfortable for a strange bed.
the only thing I didn't like was the lay out of the hotel and the noise from the hotel car park fans which I could hear from our room. This is the only reason I didn't. Mark it 10/10. I probably wouldn't stay there again, but, that is purely for personal reasons and not because there was anything wrong with our interactions in any way with staff or services offered by the hotel

Poor room until changed and not enough trained staff
Location
Room was poor, no hot water in shower, door rattled all night and at 7 we got cleaners outside room having discussion - had to ask for room change for second night which we got to a bigger room that we thought we had booked in the first place - service on the bar was poor person serving saying it was first time they had worked behind a bar and then all the bar bills appeared twice on my credit card bill which no one could explain why - Leanne said she would call me back but didnt - it has however resolved
