Horrible customer service

Room was clean and room attendants were punctual. Airport shuttle was good. Close to airport

Customer service at reception was very rude and dismissive. Was charged for breakfast when it was paid for and included. Told to contact booking for help rather than hotel manager. Stayed 4days and the breakfast was the same no variety. Also no complimentary water was provided in our room considering this was stated as. 4star hotel. Very disappointing. This hotel is good for a layover for the cruises. But not a good place with access to walking distance to anything significant. Middle of no where.

Ive called the hotel as instructed upon arrival and never got picked up for nearly 2 hours. The night clerk guy was worthless. We called down for an extra blanket and he said were out. When we told the clerk in the morning she said what a lie
