Very good

Great staff, lovely facilities especially the pool.

The pool was fabulous!

Didn't realise the rooftop bar wasn't open the night of stay until I booked.

Great facilities and pool area, the location is amazing and staff is great.

The bikes for hire do not have lights so the hiring ends kinda early.

Disappointing

The staff were extremely unhelpful and rude. We booked for a 1100hrs - 1200hrs checkin, however upon arrival we were told it was not ready till 1400hrs. There was no communication of this despite it being booked for over a month. We were then told there was no breakfast included even though we definitely booked it on the website. The staff were abrupt and had no intent in resolving expressed issues at the time. We stayed on the bottom floor with no view, despite paying and choosing for the room with a view. The cleanliness was ok and the facilities offered great poolside cocktails and food, however given the poorly attitude of the staff, the unhelpful demeanour and the fact we paid a hefty price for this stay, we definitely felt ripped off and let down, unfortunately we wont be back again.

My family had a great holiday break here. We all enjoyed it.

I will definitely come back next time for the pool. Its AMAZING, we spent a whole day in the pool and another night after that.

It would be better if they have air con at the lobby and restaurants.

The best hotel pool in Cairns with the nicest staff!

The room and bathroom were lovely and spacious. The pool was the star! So big so you never felt like it was too busy. All the staff were so friendly and helpful! Have already recommended this property to my friends and family. Absolutely LOVED our stay at Rileys
