    Noisy computer recorded non payment
    Staff lovely. Location next to service brilliant
    Noisy removal of dirty towels trollies at 6.30 am and again at 7.30 am Then hotel reported us for leaving without payment when in fact we did pay before we left. After contacting them and asking their manager to call me they never did.

    The location ia great if you need to be on the M40 or in any of the small towns nearby. Good value for money and a quiet night. Internet worked, bed was big and shower was nice too
    The room was unbelievably filthy. I stayed at this hotel before (and the one in the southbound service) and it was clean, but this time they clearly had not vacuumed movind items (chairs or bins), there were stains on the towels and linens (bit they were clean) and the pillow cases were inside out. Also, the room was cold when we got in. It can be a bit of a walk from them parking space to the hotel which can be a problem if you have heavy luggage or mobility issues.

    Thin summer duvet, cold room, but clean and good value for money
    Great price 35. We often stay here and was as expected. The room and bathroom were clean, and the decor was good, and the receptionist was friendly.
    The duvet was summer weight, really thin, and no blankets in the room. We arrived at 1am on NYE as we'd prewarned the hotel, but our room was very cold. Tje thin duvet wasnt wnought to keepout the cold. I'd have hoped it they would have set up the heating si rooms were warm for arrivals after nye parties. The electric heater did heat it up slowly. No lift

    A good deal for a stopover.
    It was well priced for a stopover room. The ladies who welcomed us were friendly but the man who was in the desk when we departed didn't say anything.
    The bathroom hadn't been cleaned properly especially on the floor and the shower. The beds were uncomfortable.

    Friendly greeting and instructions. Ideal location next to family. Reassuring 24hr front desk, as we got in late.
    Oops. Missed hot chocolate as I don't drink tea or coffee, with bit more milk please
