Location was great, room was good.
We were shocked about not being notified about the renovation taking place at the time we stayed there, continuous noise, restaurant being closed. We always look for a hotel with a fitness centre and not being informed it will be closed - thats very disappointing, if your hotel is advertised as it has this option - you should at least inform in advance that it will be closed, we shouldve stayed somewhere else and now we feel it wasnt worth the money we paid as it didnt have all the facilities available as advertised.

Parking lot was outside of the hotel and I did not know I was going to be charged 29 dollars to use it.
No shower gel in the dispenser?? 200 plus bucks for the room ?
Ad said central to all amenities, the place was dead and bars and eating places were virtually non existent within decent walking distance

I was pleased, comfortable, and felt safe. What more coul I want?
My room was excellent. I accompanied 11 students to a conference located near the hotel. JJ at the front desk was wonderful in that he was eager to provide help and answer questions. I also liked the restaurant and the staff there was very polite and accommodating.
I like the transition to Hilton for the points.
More training of night front-desk personnel and screening for friendliness. One person, Nanette?, specifically could use some coaching. In fairness, she seemed undertrained and therefore stressed.
I'm happy about the hotel turning to Hilton but the transition has left me without the points so far. I am in consultation about the awarding of points for 6 rooms for 4 nights--which should be a lot of points. But I am hopeful and know that this is an issue with the circumstances of change.

Bare minimum, not worth the price.
Showed up at 4:30 and they had no available clean rooms so we had to wait for an hour in lobby for our room to become available after driving all day to get there. When I went to pay they tried to charge me for the room when I had already prepaid in booking. The hotel was also doing renovations and was extremely difficult to find due to no signs or anything indicating thats our hotel. Expensive parking.
Have your rooms available at check in times and actually have them clean. Needs signage out front or just something indicating that this is the hotel. Had valet but the valet section is completely blocked off with orange tape while useless valet drivers just stand around outside.

The staff was awesome and so friendly! Helped us with all and any questions we had! They were the best! We had to leave a little earlier than planned but they made 100% sure everything was good. Will for sure be back1 :)

The place was under renovation we waited 25 minutes for a key they told us we would pay for our parking they didnt it was 42$ for one night of parking they told us breakfast was complementary it wasent its 20$ per person not including drinks staff was very rude and had attitudes and were snippy and just down right rude
