1-The handicapped room does not have high toilets or rails by the toilet for physically disabled individuals to get up off the toilet.
2- There needs to be a shower chair in the shower for physically disabled to be able to sit down while showering. Not everyone physically handicapped is in a wheelchair, but not able to stand up in the shower due to pain in their backs ir limbs, although they can walk short distances.
3- There needs to be more rails placed in shower for handicap disabled.
4- A shower mat should be placed in shower to prevent slip and fall accidents for physically disabled or given extra towels ti use as a mat in shower.
5- There should be extra wall sockets near the beds on right and left hand sided if bed to accommodate couples who use CPAP Machines.
6- Although the room was clean when we arrived and the room was cleaned once during our stay, there needs to be Maid Service daily. Guest should not have to be made to clean the hotel room.
This hotel is struggling with getting someone hired in the House Keeping Department and they need to hire someone ASAP. NIPR having this service, takes away from the exceptional hard work, the hotel staff does to make the hotel guest comfortable.
