Terrible experience. The evening manager shouting like he is in a shouting competition lol because I wouldnt check out

Nothing to write home about the property I bet its because the staff members have no customer service etiquette except the day shift manager Brenda. This was a last minute booking by my PA and never again

The cockroaches in Room 201. I had to Move rooms in the middle of my board meeting. lol please stay away from room 201

Booked and was told breakfast was inclusive only to be told in the morning that my room did not have breakfast..We were followed around by the waiters to pay for breakfast despite the fact that we had not checked out..Our omelets ware served cold..Terrible!

This was the best experience I had in any Doubletree hotel.

This hotel has Great customer service! Very informative staff. I highly recommend this hotel. With delicious food and great gym and pool area.
