Very good location of the hotel. Always friendly and very helpful staff. Clean private beach and best for families with small children. Various options for breakfast. We got an upgraded room level without any extra charge. Good position very close to the shopping mall.
I can not imagine what can be better here.

Overall very nice hotel, dont let the pictures paint a bad image it looks much nicer in person
Room was nice and clean, comfy beds and breakfast was really good, the two pool were nice and the beach was private and nice. House keeping was good and the facilities are plenty with 2 restaurants, sauna, spa, barber and more all in one place, location was good too. Palm jumeirah hotels are the best.
There are 3 things i didnt like, the elevator ipad system kinda sucks no traditional elevator, sometimes it wouldnt work or select a floor i didnt choose, late to come or didnt come at all. Maybe this is just my room but the keycard for my room never worked, they were one-time use for my door and by the end of my stay i racked up 20 keycards, again maybe just my room. The temperature regulation in the shower is bad, I would turn it to one temperature and it would be fine for 2 mins then it would turn boiling hot then freezing cold over and over, made it unbearable to take a shower for more than 5 mins. These are very minor issues that get overshadowed by the positives in this hotel so dont take these as serious problems.

I was very disappointed for the price I had to pay and only stayed 2 nights out of the 5 I had paid
I booked a superior room and was given a dark kitchenette with an inside view of a wall.
Concierge low level not five star standard.
seems now to be a go to location for the traveling community.

Lovely hotel and great location.
We opted for a premium studio where you have to share a bed with a child under 6. Our daughter is 5 and it was not a big enough bed to have three in the bed but in saying that the hotel were very accommodating in giving us an additional small bed. This bed however was very hard.

Not 5* standard. Overcrowded overworked staff, unclean facilities and unkempt property.
Breakfast was good.
Room was not 5* standard at all. There was a bug in the slippers. Pull out bed was hard and uncomfortable. Toilet washer has feaces on it. AC was not working properly.
