    Cleanliness. Location. Facilities were good- although disappointed not to be able to use the pool. Not bothered about having the pool bar or food up there but the pool may have been nice. I know, although it was "out of season" Didn't use the spa. Wish I'd have made use. Gym small and very basic but fine to get the body moving. A bike. Some weights and a treadmill. Which is really all you need. I did love the hotel! Perfect for a solo short stay and exceptionally clean. A lot to see within a short walk. There is always room to improve. All relevant to what you want from it. 9/10 for my personal trip.

    Would not stay there again and ill tell everyone about my experience.
    Double bed Room was 2 single beds pushed together and made separately and when i told staff i had paid for a double room as it was advertised i was told i had read the website wrong.
    the way staff handled the situation. No compensation, no accepting responsibility for the miss leading advertisement.

    Enjoyable stay!
    Great hotel, nice location, comfy beds.
    A pity that a rooftop was closed, would be nice to sit there in the sun and just enjoy the view, read a book or have a drink (no swimming pool needed). Breakfast could have a bit more variety, but the quality was good.

    Very clean, spacious rooms and a fantastic location in walking distance to the old town and some cheaper establishments.
    I had issues checking in as the property tried to charge me 20 on top of what I shouldve paid for city tax, reception staff made me wait around until Booking confirmed I shouldnt pay extra. On the second day of our stay, while we were sunbathing we were informed randomly that we had to leave the terrace as it was now closed; essentially paying for facilities you cannot use which was very disappointing.

    Room size, comfort, cleanliness was all good.
    I booked a suit, the spa entrance wasn't included. The roof top wasn't open, which wasn't explained to me before I arrived or even at the stage of booking. That was very disappointing as I wanted to see the views and I assumed that the hotel would have free access to the spa with a room and not charge 20e ph on top of the room rate! Staff didn't feel very friendly, I made a special request on the booking and that was not acknowledged. Disappointing.

    Nice hotel in Ibiza Town near to the old town.
    Close to the old town and it's restaurants. The rooftop pool and bar have a view of the old town and were great on a hot day. The place was clean and the gym was nicely fitted out. There are some nice shops if you want to buy a few bits at the end of a holiday. We stayed here, Portinatx and Santa Eulalia. Staff were friendly and very accommodating.
    We'd thought the spa would be easy to access to guests, but it only opens at certain limited times and comes with a surcharge so not one to rely on for getting out of the sun. We stayed with kids and the rooftop pool is quite shallow - more of a sitting pool - it's somewhere people go to Instagram or Tik Tok - but the kids enjoyed having a Fanta in the splash pool and we felt welcome.
