mattresses' were uncomfortable. no daily cleaning mostly for trash removal and restocking coffee.

No hot water. Had to change rooms...no hot water there either. They never did get it fixed. So no showers for our family. Gave us a free stay at the hotel but by the time we needed to use it it was expired.

Will not stay there again.

Breakfast very good. Shower curtain sour. Cleaning crew left dirty tag on bathtub. Shower aimed against wall and could not adjust. Room nice size. Manager I talked to about problems did not care.

See above and had to park a block away.

It's been 15 years since we've been there. Embassy Suites made the stay extraordinary!!!

The breakfast was awesome!!!! Staff..."Geneva" especially, was so helpful and friendly!

Nothing really...the only things we wanted but didn't have in the room was wash closthes. But I told my hubby...maybe they are a thing of the past with the new generations :)

Like the location needed some updates.

Location Bed was great

The shower was terrible. Shower head dripped on us rather than came out with some force. Water was lukewarm at best. The shower had someone elses long hair in it. For such a nice hotel, this was disappointing.

Very good!

Breakfast was great. Omelette was cooked perfectly. Happy hour was very well done . Staff was very pleasant.

Minor thing: only one washcloth for two people. Didnt call for one, because it was late.
