Valet parking took forever to retrieve the car. For $120 you wouldnt think we would have to wait almost an hour.

Wonderful!
The breakfast was amazing. The staff was SO friendly. The happy hour options were also wonderful.
The roof top lounge did not meet our expectations. The space to sit down was very small and all the kids playing in the pool made it very hard to hear the musician. I also didn't like the smell of chlorine as I was enjoying the music.

The breakfast had a variety of options to choose to eat and room looked clean.
The tv in the hotel room was very dim and the remote given does not allow you to adjust brightness settings. Almost unwatchable. The shower didnt get very hot with handle broken. The breakfast buffet and omelet bar line took about 45 minutes.

The rooms/building and breakfast were very nice
....except no sheets nor pillows for the pullout bed...not enough towels...no iron /ironing board....and all the luggage carts were only used for valet parking and we had to carry our luggage to the room in two trips and we were on the 9th floor.

The staff and valets were phenomenal. The room beautiful. We had a city view on the 9th floor and it was amazing. Two separate rooms, one living room and a bedroom. The bathroom was wonderful. Great water pressure.
Nothing. The entire experience was absolutely amazing. I would stay here every time I travel to Tennessee.
