The rooms were clean, bright, (Read More)and well maintained, with comfortable beds and a strong shower. The hotel's location near 4th street was praised for its vibrant nightlife and proximity to restaurants and bars. The staff was friendly and accommodating. Overall, it was a fantastic hotel experience with a prime location in downtown Louisville.

    We had blood on bathroom wall. Luckily I'm in the medical field and know how to clean and sanitize the area properly

    It was an okay stay.
    The property was walking distance to restaurants and had an indoor pool the kids enjoyed. The breakfast included was pretty good.
    The room was not very clean. The chair in the living room space was badly stained/soiled. There was no extra bedding for the fold out couch, we can to call to get some. The pillows were very flat. The arcade space was okay, part of the games didnt work.

    Overall we still had a good visit because we went to the light up Louisville.
    Great property! Macaulay, reservationist was really good. However, I made a reservation for a double bed accessible room. Room wasnt ready so had to take king bed accessible which was much smaller. This was the smallest room I have ever stayed in at embassy suites. It was too small for the price of $515 for 1 night.
    The valet that parked the truck, made my husband take his lift off the back of truck. My husband rides a scooter. This was handicap discrimination. This should of never happened. I was checking in when this happened. When we left, the valet had the same behavior and rushed my daughter to put lift back on for my husband. As a result, a bolt fell off and lift fell and was destroyed. You really need to give your valet staff training in handicap accessibility.

    Overall it was a pleasant and enjoyable stay.
    Very clean and the was very helpful and courteous.
    Parking for checking in was inadequate. The lamp shades in my room were torn and damaged. The safe didnt work at all. Everything else was great!
