    Location great, hotel great for the price, clean food is hit and miss. staff not friendly.
    Amazing location, the beach was amazingly clean, with great facilities. including a bar on the beach. I like the way the rooms look out to sea and across the pools. The room was lovely, big, and clean. Great service on arrival to the room we were supplied with travel shampoo, conditioner, toothpaste, body cream, razor, shaving foam, toothbrush, soap, and shower caps. we had a coffee machine and an ironing board, we were also supplied with bottled water daily. 4 pools to choose from. one swim-up room pool, swim-up bar pool. dip pool and sports pool. 2 jacuzzis one of which was on the side of the swim-up bar. 4 restaurants 2 of which were buffet serves and 2 were table serves. a games bar is only open at night. a Gym which I didn't go in to be fair. very good for the price we paid.

    NO tea-making facility in the room, only a coffee machine, the drain to the shower was blocked and I had to wait 3 days for the drain to the shower to be unblocked. On the 3rd day, I had to go to reception with shampoo in my hair and complain heavily. Then waited a further hour for someone to clean the drain so I could shower and go out. They don't care if you have anything planned it's tuff you have to wait for the staff to help when they are ready. The Restaurants are nice. although two of them you had to book in the morning by an app. We never managed to get a successful booking always booked up. The other 2 were buffet service. 1 larger restaurant catered for a lot of needs. Unfortunately, the staff were not helpful with service in this larger restaurant, it was a struggle to get the staff to fill up the bread, and pour you tea. on one occasion I asked 3 members of staff for bread, as I wanted a slice of toast I waited over 30 minutes by the toaster. Trying to get served tea was a nightmare, you ask for tea the staff then wander off and do something else sometimes they don't come back or you could often wait up to 10 to 15 minutes. they then give you a tea bag and off they go again, then come back with water after a long wait, then disappear, and you wait for milk. This was so frustrating. One day, I had actuly finished eating my breakfast when they came with the tea bag. which I had asked for when I walked in. The evening was the same with drinks. we managed to get 1 drink during our meal and again we were served when we had nearly finished our meal. The staff looked through you or blankly at you. I didn't find the receptionist friendly. we stood checking in for 20 minutes she just tapped away on her keyboard no communication no smile no welcome to our hotel it was like a chore to be honest that she was serving us. found it rude. I felt most of the staff couldn't be bothered with you.

    Im not coming back.
    I liked the restaurants and some employees are really nice.
    They did not care about having kids at the 8th floor with a door that would not be really locked. They wanted me to pay more to move to a ground floor. I didnt feel they cared about the clients comfort.

    The staff are wonderful!! So nice, so helpful, always willing to make us feel like we are their top priority!!
    Figuring out the layout/where the staircases & elevators are. Signage could help with this.

    Good value for money for a quick stay
    Great location to stay quickly if you need to pass through Cancun (in our case, given that we only slept to catch a flight).
    Despite a large structure with several pools and access to the beach, the hotel seemed messy with a lot of people everywhere we went, slow service on the beach and restaurants with not so good food and, again, a lot of people. It seemed like a hotel suitable for those who like gigantic structures and don't mind crowds. Our stay was at the beginning of December, but the water in the pools was still cold: it would be comfortable to have at least one heated pool.

    Not a pleasant stay due to lot of things not working
    Elevator was not working. Electricity went out middle of the night. Lot of things were not working properly. With elevator not working it was really difficult for me to move around with a stroller with two little kids.
    Ocean view was nice. Food was good

    The air conditioning in the rooms was terrible. We stayed hot. The check in process was pretty lengthy and a horrible experience especially since our room was not ready at 3- the check in time

    I enjoyed my stay there despite the above mentioned issues. The staff was friendly.
    The room was great. It was spacious and I especially liked the balcony (with the table, chairs and lounge chair), as well as the wonderful view of the ocean and the surrounding facility. It had a couch, desk, both a tub and walk-in shower, small refrigerator and coffee pot which was convenient. Also, I stayed there over Thanksgiving. I was impressed the chefs made turkey and dressing for the occasion.
    The food in the buffet was frequently cold. My housekeeper occasionally forgot to leave items (like a hand towel or washcloth) after she removed the soiled ones from my room. There were also several things in my room that needed repair (e.g., a magnifying mirror that was about to fall off the wall). When ordering off the menu, instead of eating at the buffet, the wait time was long and, on occasion, they brought me the wrong food.
