    It was a great stay, we had a lot of fun
    The junior suite is huge and it can accommodate up to 5 people, with a separate room with a king bed. The location is very quiet and you can relax. The pools are very nice and refreshing. The staff is very kind
    The food wasnt bad but it could be a better kind of sorting, especially at the buffet restaurant. The Italian, grill and typical restaurant were good

    The fact that I was charged for a room that I did not use. It does not give good customer service. Sometimes you do what's best for customer in order to keep them and give them satisfaction about the overall stay I did not get that despite numerous back and forth emails and complaints about the situation

    I would not return, I was disappointed with a few things but the food and beverage manager did a FANTASTIC job!
    It was all inclusive and had an amazing pool area.
    Not very welcoming to tourists outside of Columbia. Staff entered my room even though I had my do not disturb sign on. Room wasnt clean to my standard, found things in the room from previous guest.
