    Neat room.toilet was clean. Staff were good.
    Room was not spacious enough.Double room with too little walking space.Felt like room was congested...Breakfast(paid around 100rs extra for "breakfast include room" booking)delivered to my room was not good and was not enough to reduce my hunger.I paid for breakfast included room thinking that it will be buffet but the reality was different.Better don't include breakfast along with booking...There was not any towels or soaps or body lotion in the bathroom.

    Good stay. Location close to the bus stand. Have access to nearby hotels.. Rooms are clean.

    There was no breakfast. No room service.
    Small room where my parents could not move about. Too small room with very limited facilities

    The housekeeping staff was very cordial and helpful.
    3 to 4 days prior to my visit at the hotel, I called them up just to confirm my stay. The person in charge was very impolite and declined my booking despite my payment being done. No doubt, when we reached there he had no grounds to refuse. But we found no hospitality or cordiality from the manager. The room given to us was very small and with no natural light and just next to the sewage pipes.

    On weekends it's very noise, coz of church.
    Staff behaviour is smiling and good, overall furniture is okay
    Location, is inside 150m from Road and that 150m is very bad, watery and you will not get transport from hotel to main road. In the evening it's very slient and dark. No food court or restaurant close by.

    I am frequent visitor in vellore. I have stayed in other Star category hotels, but this hotel is awesome. There are lots of things for which my family found this place most friendly, but especially the ever-smiling and well-behaved staff. Neat and clean rooms, excellent services. The front office person is very friendly and cooperation was exceptional. Food is available from a nearby restaurant, I would prefer people from the Northeast should choose this hotel for a homely feel. Exceptional hotel

    Overall very good comfortable hotel. Around 6-8 km from VIT, so auto will charge 200-250 rs for one trip. The staff was very good and helpful. Well-maintained premises. Centrally located. The room was very clean. We stayed there for one night and were glad we chose this place. breakfast was ok. Last but not least, the super courteous staff. They made sure we had a very comfortable and nice stay.

    We needed a stopover on the route from Bangalore to Chennai. Vellore was the obvious choice. Everything was clean and new. Good Staff, well informed and helpful. All our requirements were met. Great location and the staffs were very good.
