    The Fairfield Inn & Suites By Marriott Sioux Falls Airport is highly recommended for its excellent service and convenient shuttle to events. The rooms are spacious, clean, and comfortable. The locati (Read More)on is a bit far from amenities, but convenient for road trips and the airport. The hotel is well-maintained with friendly staff. The breakfast is delicious with gluten-free options. The only drawbacks are the lack of nearby restaurants and some stained towels. Overall, the hotel is highly recommended.

    I made a reservation but did not, in fact stay there because of misleading information. Your advertisement on Booking.com said that you had free airport shuttle. I made the reservation after a weather related flight was cancelled and I realized I would need to stay in Sioux Falls. When I got to SF late at night and found out from your front desk that a shuttle was not available, I found a more convenient hotel. I have requested a refund based on that misleading information and have not received any response yet. Very frustrating.

    I like to pay cash for as many things as possible. This created a small issue when I checked in. There are many of us who like to use cash and we should feel welcome.

    Shower did not look to have been cleaned at all, there was hair on the seat and the floor

    Quiet and convenient
    Location was convenient for our event nearby. Nice pool. The Rock restaurant across the road was the only option, but food was good. Enough options available for the complimentary breakfast. Quiet considering so close to the airport. All staff we encountered were pleasant. Ample free parking.
    More towels available in the pool area. Windows in common areas could use some cleaning. Could use an extra hook near the shower door for towels as it was a bit of a reach to the counters from there. No luggage rack and kind of awkward to find place to set up 2 suitcases but it was manageable.

    mediocre. not worth the price.
    it was a standard hotel, not what I would expect from the Marriott
    they dont clean the rooms, like not even tidy up, unless specifically asked. The staff are not helpful at all.
