UNCLEAR CHARGE: 0/10 PLEASE be very careful, DO NOT drink the water in the mini fridge if you do not intend to pay for it. They do not clarify that you need to pay for the bottled water inside the minibar until you check out. The label says, if you want water they can deliver to your room for free. This is very misleading as they do not mention the water already in the fridge costs 1.5 Euro per bottle
Room: 6/10 it is very small as a so called three or four-star hotel, very small, just big enough to accommodate one king sided bed (1.8m x 2m)
Facilities: 6/10 dated furniture, although the lobby is newly painted (maybe). Stain marks on towel. Although i believe it should be decontaminated and clean already, you would doubt when you see it.
Overall: 6/10 close to railway and major road, can be noisy starting from early morning, no exception, literally every room is affected if you check the location on map. As many reviews, the room needs to be refurbished. The price and the room size do not match. But have to say it is a ok place to stay one night if the price is around 50 Euros.
From here is added after they responded. Well, I did not say that the hotel is completely a bad place, otherwise I would not still give it a 6. However, they seem to be more keen on arguing with their guests and being rude instead of thinking about improving their service. I wrote a review to share my experiences of the stay, that's it. But don't you think your rude responses will make your profile even worse to other guests?
Read carefully, I didn't say that there is no label on the minibar, but it is MISLEADING (if you understand what this word means). Misleading means, you should directly say 'if guests consume water in the minibar, the guest needs to pay', not like what it is at the moment 'if you want extra water, they can be delivered to the room free of charge'. Regarding the room size, actual ~12 sqm vs 18 sqm noted on the website?
