Great location in Pisa!
Location was excellent- right opposite the train station and close to shops and attractions.
Our room was very hot in temperature due to the heating facility. We tried several times to adjust it but the temperature remained high.

Good location, room not like pictures provided.
The location of the hotel is great. On the doorstep of the train station and 1km away from the airport. Shuttle from the station straight to the airport. I stayed here after a trip to Siena as my flight was early the next day so the location was perfect. Staff were really helpful and fixed the issue I had with the sockets in the room by finding me an extension cable.
The room didnt look like the photos on here. The room was much more dated with walls with marks all over them. Electrical sockets not in a convenient position in the room. Heating in the room had been set to 25 degrees and was uncomfortably hot so I couldnt sleep, had the window open to try to cool the room after being told there was no working a/c.

Great place and very good hotel
Location was perfect considering you would travel to this place in train and for an international traveler like me with big suitcases. The facilities seemed new and well maintained.

Good location for station but needs upgrade and some TLC
Location but does mean it's noisey
When we ran the water in the bathroom it came out brown, the room temp was set to 26 degrees and despite turning it off at 6pm we had to sleep with the windows open as the room was boiling. The place needs an upgrade as interior not kept up with and things starting to break, paint chipping, lots of marks on the wall. Water in the bathroom was a concern. Staff where helpful

Location is ideal.
Location of the hotel is great. Directly opposite the station. Shops, restaurants within a few minutes walking distance. You can be at the tower in a 25 minute stroll!
