    Bed was comfortable
    Photos do not reflect the reality of the rooms. Our room was empty, lacking several pieces of furniture. Minimum toiletries provided for a 4 star hotel. Overall building maintenance was poor (cracks, stains on walls...etc)

    Must stay when in Pisa
    Rooms were extremely spacious, clean and comfortable. Bed was really good. Pillows were soft. Bathroom was really big, which I did not expect. Breakfast was very nice, superb. Lemon cake was exceptional. Ample parking space. The bus stop was right outside the hotel, which made our trip to see the Leaning Tower very smooth. On our way back, we walked for around 40 min and we were at the hotel. There is also a good caf right behind the hotel. All in all, an excellent option to stay in Pisa.
    Nothing that we can really think of.

    marginally Passable but not giving over 50% overall score
    The room given us had a very little window ( round window ) of which the half was blur due to broken double glaze. I raised it with the reception an they said the glass window needs to be replaced and its nothing to do with cleaning of the window as it was something related to double glaze sealant. Anyway We stayedinnthis darkbroom for 4days but it was better to be offered different room with more sunlight in ...

    Comfortable hotel
    Comfortable room, bus stop near the hotel. The mattress was good and the curtains made the room perfectly dark. they pay attention to customers (for example leave bottles of water in the room).
    the room has a slightly outdated look, especially the bathroom where some changes would be necessary (shower cabin). they do not have certain facilities that 4-star hotels generally have (bathing slippers, etc.)

    This was a friendly hotel with an excellent restaurant
    It was a clean comfortable hotel with parking. An evening meal and breakfast was excellent. I would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel

    The rooms were very clean and tidy and some of the staff were very helpful and friendly.
    The room was extremely hot and the air conditioning was unavailable at this time of year. This made sleeping uncomfortable. We wanted to dry off some clothes which had got wet in the rain but were told the heated towel rail was also unavailable at this time of year.

    Lovely room. Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable beds and pillows. Smart TV in room. Not too far by car from the airport and a relatively easy drive from the Square of Miracles as well. Great value hotel.
    Location is a bit industrial but not a major issue. Nice room and price made up for it.
