The staff were very helpful and accommodating.
As a Genius level 3, we usually get a free upgrade and free breakfast, but we had to pay for an upgrade and breakfast, we got upgraded to a suite that wasnt even listed on booking. We ended up paying for a suite that wasnt even listed and worth it.
We didnt use the pool nor the beach, they were too small and crowded.
There are so many other hotels who offer better facilities and a better quality than Grand Hyatt.

2 star management at 5 star hotel
Location and suite view was nice.
Unprofessional staff - from checking in and being welcomed at the reception with a lady with a torn blazer to the fact that they would claim to not be able to deliver orders and had to come down from 34d floor then the bell boy telling me its ok go back up I will bring it .. staff was not knowledgeable of rules, to the fact theres no attention to arranging the welcome sweets for New Years was simple thrown on the table beside the door nothing placed nicely in the living room no snacks in room no drinks, 1 tissue box in whole suite, being asked to pay 20 dhs extra merely for asking for plates claiming its because theyre busy so I have to pay extra for asking them to bring plates and cutlery to the room. Very strange.
Terrible experience never again even the great view was not worth it.
2 star management at 5 star hotel.
Such a shame.
Dont waste your money book somewhere else.

Had a great time at Grand Hyatt. Special thanks to Kawthar from the front desk for being super welcoming and attending to our requests.
Valet took almost half an hour to bring our car despite calling in advance & giving our valet ticket to the staff. Was quite disappointed but overall our stay was great.
