The view and the size of the rooms and the parking space.

It get very noisy in the evenings with car horns. Very unhelpful staff in regard of setting up an special occasion.

The overall design of the venue and the design of the apartment looks fashionable and well-thought. The functional attributes of the items in the room are perfect (e.g., chair comfortable to sit for hours, table of right length, great kitchen space, perfect lighting, etc.). Service and service people are both very friendly and look genuinely in a good mood.
