    Cosy and convenient for sightseeing needs!
    Hotel room is clean. Location was amazing, everything we wanted to see including the two main mosques was within walking distance. Breakfast is served on the top floor of the hotel so you can get a really pretty view of the two mosques. Plenty of restaurants around the area and there's a 300ish year old hammam building just a short walk away which is wild! Use of the pool and sauna was an added bonus.
    Room looked bigger in the picture, found it really hard to store 2 large suitcases in that size of a room. Breakfast wasn't the most sanitary, there were flies all around some of the open foods. Steam room and pool smelled funny but sauna was fine, pool room also looked like it was under construction.

    - The employees at the reception are very kind and helpful - The location is very good, really close to the tram and the Blue Mosque - Comfortable bed and hot water at any time
    - The smallest room i've ever stayed in - Extremely small space for clothes, i had to keep them in suitcases for 5 days - The bathroom is really small - Very poor breakfast, the coffee machine was out of service all 4 mornings - Every time when i travel i let the money from my country (romanian lei) in the room. Now i let them in a bag in the dresser and today when I left the room I realise that was missing 100 lei (20 euro)

    In the heart of historic Istanbul
    The staff was communicative, helpful, and professional especially the receptionists, bellboys and guest relations manager. They always greet you with a smile while entering or leaving the hotel. Location is amazing! Grand Bazaar, spice (Egyptian Bazaar, Aya Sofya, Blue Mosque, Basilica Cistern, Topkapi Palace and Harem are all 5-10 minutes of walk from the hotel! (Very good for a city huge as Istanbul.)
    The facilities could use some renovation in the future. However there was not anything major that caused inconvenience during our stay. Nothing broken or not working.

    Shabby but in a good location
    The staff at the hotel were exceptional! Really, really lovely and helpful people. The hotel is in a good location for seeing the main sights.
    The hotel was overall just a bit shabby. The room didn't look like the pictures. It was very small, my partner and I only travelled with a backpack each and that was hard to fit into the room. We only tried the breakfast on one day that we were there and it was not great (we didn't go again).
