We have spent wonderful holidays in Istanbul Dec the 28-Jan the 4th)) would like to thank all hotel staff for our welcome stay, for their hospitality & high service standards:)) Weve had tasty breakfast) our room was always well cleaned:)) special thanks to our chambermaid) . A great stay!

The location was great, walking distance from lots of attractions and to the tram station. The restaurant recommended by the hotel was very good. The view from the Marmara breakfast restaurant was breathtaking and watching the sunrise was amazing. The staff at the reception went very friendly and helpful.

The rooms were a bit small.

It depends on the personnel you meet. Some are great, some are just terrible

There were nice people,speaking English,polite and smiling. The breakfasts on the 6 floor was great. The photos represent the rooms accurately.

Two main things, that I would like to point out. - we went with our kids (3 and 4). They draw something with a pen on a chair. That is not a good thing, admit, but also not a critical issue by far, as we are cleaning such things at home if they happen. When we went back from a daily trip, our cards were disabled, and, as we were not able to enter (bathroom emergency for the kids btw) I went down stairs to learn that we are not allow to get inside to our belongings until we pay a fee of $100 . It was terrible experience as they did everything possible to make us feel like the worst criminals around the block. So we felt awful for the next few days. I don't mind the fee so much as the way they treated us. So,be careful, they will charge you for everything they can think of in the worst possible way. - the parking personnel was just terrible. We have parking from the booking but they refuse to let us in. No explanation other than some Turkish bad words. BTW, the street is not an option,as this part of the city is a walking area most of the time. Thankfully on the next day,after some nice personnel from the reception talked with them they allow us to enter. We had also issues on the way out,when we were leaving the hotel. The same bad dudes that just love to create misery experience for the "stupid" tourists. -
