Great place. Don't get to Phildelphia often but woulkd stay there next time I go. Maybe this summmer

Cleanliness, friendliness, round the clock coffee. Great location. Nice looking breakfast but we had to leave at 6 AM so didn't get to experience it.

Slow check in but the one person working there was hard working, friend;y and efficient. They just seem to be understaffed at 4 PM check in time.

It was one of the worst run hotels I've ever stayed in.

When we first got there the bed had stains on it and when we requested new sheets it took about 2 hours to get them. There is no staircase down into the lobby so you have to take the elevators. They had three elevators however one was broken the entire time, so the entire 11 story hotel had to use the two elevators to come in and out of the lobby. During our stay we got locked out of our rooms twice as they had some kind of hotel-wide room key issue. It took over an hour to resolve the room key issue and the whole hotel was coming down into the lobby to get their room key reset at the same time, which also caused a lot of logistical challenges given you could only get to the lobby from the elevators. I also know that the hotel severely overbooked itself as one of my friends who had a reservation was told that they were out of luck and had to find a different hotel the day that they arrived after driving from over two States away. This whole hotel feels like it was once great and now the people running it have no idea how to actually run a hotel. Check people in, make sure the rooms are clean, and make sure people can get into their rooms during their stay. That's really all that is needed and they have failed on pretty much all fronts.

Unfriendly front desk, hours spent on the phone on hold, daily elevator issues

Location

Every day we had issues with our keys. One day the whole property had the keys not working and had to be replaced. Spent lots of time in line for the elevators, multiple elevators didnt work. Elevators were screeching or we get stuck on certain floors. Difficult to find the elevators. Front desk staff was not friendly. Spent multiple hours on the phone With the front desk or reservations always on hold and not completing requests. Valet parking per night is expensive. No pool or hot tub.

Great experience. value for the money!!

The location was great; The hotel is walkable to all the great monuments. Moreover, we felt safe. All the staff members were helpful and friendly.

There was a peeling paint issue going on in the cafeteria for 2 days (28 Dec - 29 Dec). This may be due to excess humidity or a leaky roof not sure. But a big patch of paint was lying down in the middle of the cafeteria. A Yellow board was kept as a warning to individuals to proceed with caution.

Great stay comfortable

Your staff is very friendly. When you first enter the lop you had like lemon water that was pretty cool coffee and tea all day excellent.

The only thing I didnt like your laundry service wasnt open. But all in all it was good. In the showerhead had to be replaced, but they came up immediately and fixed that.

Staff member at front desk was very rude

The hotel is nice and clean, also good location, however when we checked in the front desk person was very rude, didnt even say hi and I have to ask if I could check in, once he gave me the room key and explained general hotel info we went to our room to find out that there was still guests inside the room, another staff member told us to go back to front desk, we did all of these while my husband was carrying our sleeping baby, finally when back at front desk this same front desk person didnt even apologize, he was trying to tell me he didnt assign that room number, at that point I was tired and frustrated by the lack of professionalism and manners, so unfortunately Im not going back to this hotel never again and wouldnt recommend to anyone I know

The location and price are great for our trip. It's a very cozy and comfortable hotel.

One of the shower dispensers was out of fluid, but I can't remember which. It wasn't a big deal because I travel with toiletries.
