    It was great for the night.
    The breakfast is adequate. The room was great. Loved the bathroom. Staff was helpful. Loved the free coffee/tea/hot chocolate.
    The location was fine. Drugged out people are somewhat prevalent.

    The location was great.
    The fan in the bathroom was disgustingly dirty. The room was comfortable but no more. We felt ripped off for paying 35$ for the parking in January when there was nobody in town. When we asked the person at the front desk of there was anywhere else we could park, he was dismissive.

    very good and will come back here
    This is not the first time I have stayed here and I'm never dissappointed. The rooms are always clean, breakfast is good and excellent location. Every time I come to Portland, I tried to stay here unless there is no availability
    In may last stay, there was one particular person working as valet attendant that felt he did not wanted to work... he was the only one; the other valet parking attendants were very nice and helpful

    The Truth
    The valet service was amazing. They were so friendly and welcoming! The breakfast was good. Some of the staff were nice but others were not friendly or accommodating. The location was perfect.
    The pillows were flat and uncomfortable. The bed was so hard, which left our backs sore.

    It was just one night but it was so easy to stay there. Check in was a breeze
    Staff was super nice. Valet made it easy to deal with my car. When we were leaving, I called down for my car, and there it was! Nice! Breakfast was good. Everything was very easy. Come in, drop your bag, Enjoy Portland!
    Need better signage for the elevator. For some reason, it was hard to find. I kept turning around looking and so did other guests. It was kind of funny
