    Good place for a short stay .
    Clean ,friendly staff. Great restaurants close by .
    Nowhere to park . The valet is 25.00/night . All the free spots on the street near hotel are taken .Felt a little unsafe . Lots of vagrancy around the area.

    Comfy, cozy and accommodating for a family of three.
    The beds were super comfortable and the room felt spacious. The shower was nice and the hot water went on forever. The next morning the breakfast staff went above and beyond to make us some yummy food even though, as it turned out, we had come after closing time. Despite this they were so sweet and accommodatingespecially considering it was a holiday! The woman at the register was friendly and sympathetic to the fact the front desk hadnt informed us of the hoursshe even asked if my toddler was okay with the avocado and arugula that usually comes on the breakfast sandwich! Then the manager gave us a cup of ice to help cool down my toddlers tea and checked in to make sure we got everything we wanted. A huge thank you to their entire team. You didnt have to serve us but you did, and saved us from having to make a weird breakfast out of whatever we could find a CVS since everywhere else was closed. The morning front desk staff was also super kind and friendlyespecially considering the holiday!

    Thanksgiving stay in Portland
    Great location, welcoming lobby, lovely decor, clean, nice selection of breakfast options.
    No fan in the bathroom, no hand held shower, paper thin walls, remote didn't work but they did bring us one that did work when requested. Booking.com failed to accurately provide important additional details about the hotel charges. $35/day valet only parking, several miscellaneous fees which added $200+ to our stay.

    The property is conveniently located and nicely designed.
    The room had an air purifier, however we found the room stuffy. The view outside was a homeless tent surrounded by litter and the Starbucks downstairs didnt have a working espresso machine
