The rooms are spacious and offer great sleep qual (Read More)ity. The staff is outstanding, with friendly and helpful team members who go above and beyond to make guests feel welcome. The waterfront view from the rooms is beautiful, and the hotel is surrounded by great restaurants, bars, and shopping options. The hotel offers a great overnight stay in Portland.
Out side the property it's great. Inside unfortunately some people are not nice to deal with.
I was overcharged and until today the charges is in my account. Nobody could explain or give my money back. It was a very unpleasant situation. I try to ask my money back but it seems no one could explain or reimburse me. actually all charges were different from our primary booking and when we arrive the person at the reception don't even bother to explain anything i just figure on the next day because i saw the overcharges in my bank account.

Loved it, would definitely stay here again.
Loved the location and the large room -- there is even a nice view, and bonus right next door to the Standard Bakery.
The only very small issue is that the water cooler was empty in the (small) workout center but that is very minor.

Beautiful hotel with view of the water and within walking distance of shops and restaurants.
Clean facilities and friendly staff. Provided a pack and play for our 8 month old.
Mix up with booking. We had removed a day from our trip and it was not communicated to the hotel. The staff was helpful and accommodating to resolve this issue (with proof of emails and booking CS conversation), but it made the check in process awkward.
