A huge thank you to Lily and the team who made us feel so welcome during our short stay in Hanoi. The service we received was to a very high standard. Lily helped arrange transport to/from the airport and a street food tour. She also let us leave our luggage when we went on an overnight trip to Ha Long Bay. The location of the hotel was ideal, within walking distance of the lake and old quarter. The room was super clean and spacious. We cant wait to come back!

Comfortable stay right in the heart of city

Its right in the middle of Old Quarter and most things are walking distance including water puppet show . Ms Lily is super helpful and friendly .

Rooms are not very large but thats how all the hotels in this area are .

Excellent stay and great staff.

Location . The hotel is located at the central place to all local attractions at a walking distance : lake, beer street, local market , cathedral , temple of literature. And plenty of cafes and restaurants nearby. Special mention to the staff Harry who was very helpful and kind to us . He recommended us dinner spots which were fantastic . Another special mention for Ms. Lily . Right from arranging our airport pick up to taking us to local vendors for shopping upon our request . She absolutely took such a great care for all of us. Thanks do much Lily .

Booked a room without window for Christmas but they upgraded my room when I checked in, really appreciate that. I need to mention their staff, Lily as she was so lovely and helpful ! I signed up for spa service at the sister hotel and wasn't satisfied. She sincerely listened to my feedback and apologized on the sister hotels hotel's behalf. She brought my experience to management and the hotel decided to refund half of the spa cost. This hotel is amazing with location walkable to places of attractions with lots of restaurants nearby. Unfortunately I only stayed here for one night. The breakfast at the hotel was decent. Wonderful experience here and highly recommend this hotel.
