Guests at Harbour Heights Hotel enjoyed friendly staff, lovely views, and delicious food. However, issues with building maintenance, cleanliness, and odors in the restroom were noted. The Italian res (Read More)taurant received praise for its food and attentive service. Guests appreciated the spacious, modern rooms and the superb breakfast. A special mention was made of Soheil for excellent service during a birthday celebration. Overall, the hotel was described as beautiful with welcoming staff.

Breakfast was nice. Staff were friendly.

Cleanliness around the hotel & in guests rooms need more attention. Shower curtains need to be changed to something better. We were charged for 1/2 pt of cider instead of a soft drink that we actually had. That needs sorting out. Disappointed that the Chinese restaurant was not open, and we hadn't been told it wouldn't be either.

The room had lovely views across to Brownsea Island and towards Poole Harbour. The room was cosy but comfy bed and very good shower.

Our family live in Poole so we are able to have best of both worlds.

Have stayed here several times and will continue to do so. All of the staff are friendly, helpful and efficient, the hotel is spotless and we de-stress as soon as we walk through the door.

Winter birthday break.

The staff were very helpful friendly and professional. Made us feel very welcome. Loved the room was very big although a little dated it was very comfortable. Loved having a jacuzzi bath. The outstanding view from the bar and restaurants was stunning. We ate in the Italian restaurant and I can honestly say the food was excellent and service great. The breakfast was equally good.

The noise of a generator/cars early morning. Which woke me. Although this did not spool pur stay.
