Another guest had a great midweek break, enjoying the pool and sauna, and complimenting the cleanliness and breakfast. Despite potential negative online reviews, both sets of guests would return to the hotel.

    Breakfast was great, and the staff were friendly and helpful, but the hotel is very tired and in major need of an overhaul to the rooms. It's incredibly expensive for the standard that it is. The location made it worthwhile at least.

    Friendly staff, clean rooms and good food
    The location of the hotel is excellent the food in the hotel restaurant. Its good quality and the breakfast was good
    There wasnt an iron in the room the sheets werent changed and there was no bath mat in the bath/shower and the fridge was right next to the bed, which humed all night

    Breakfast great, plenty of choice. Fantastic location. Staff very friendly in every part of the hotel. Lovely flat walk to Bournemouth. Close to bus stop so went on local bus to swanage and studland bay for 2. Great

    fantastic place, spoiled by being taken ill "not your fault" ended up in hospital when I got home.
    The room was excellent, the balcony a bonus, breakfast was fantastic, obviously the location is amazing
    The only thing I didnt think was the appearance of the building when we arrived, I thought it needed freshening up.

    Nice hotel, great location would stay again. Would not use the pool as old and dirty.
    Location was ideal, staff were charming. Nice was well presented.
    Pool sadly needs a refit as looks dirty and old.

    Stayed 3 nights, very enjoyable.
    Location is excellent, you step off the hotel patio and you are on the beach Staff friendly and knowledgeable Good Breakfast
    Not Much Rooms could do with some updating, Restaurant meals and wine were expensive, for us, a couple, Two course meal with wine 100.00

    Most enjoyable.
    Excellent location. Great inclusive breakfast and wi-fi. Friendly and helpful staff.
    Rather strung out property with no lifts to the 3rd floor, where our room was. Could do with fitting key activated locks on exterior doors to shorten the journey from the car park to the rooms.
