Dont waste your money here. Such a disappointment. Villas are now stocked with cheap products. we were given a broken fry pan, the kitchen tapeware was broken, room wasnt properly cleaned. They only give you Lipton black tea. When we asked for green tea, they said thats all they provide. Previously they would give Tea Forte tea bags in various flavours. They gave 2 mini devondale cartons- the ones you give your kids to drink; for 2 adults, for 3 nights!!!! If you stayed for 1 night; you would get the same thing. When asked for more, we were told that we are required to bring our own milk. No one told us that. Moving on.lights went out on our second night. We were in the middle of cookingand yes they give you all the pots and pans and utensils but no cooking oil, we called reception and they tried to blame it on the stove being used. We said we believe its the weather as there were thunderstorms, stove wouldnt do that. She finally confirmed it was the weather- blackout till 10pm. So you would think such a big business would have a backup plan in place for such situations. Nope. I asked what they can do for us, because we were in the middle of cooking, now we have no food, food in the fridge will go off, there will be pure darkness in an hour and we cannot use our torches as our phone batteries were low- we were told its not just you, its everyone. Its not our fault. After continuously complaining, she put me through another staff member. She continued with, we cant help you, its everyone. I told them, that they need to do something for every single person staying at their villas, provide ice bags, give candles; anything. They said the owner or senior management would call me- never received a call or follow up about this.
