Not clean

Location was safe at night but only a couple of restaurant nearby. Staff were nice

The room was not clean and we had blood stains in sheets of both beds which was terrible. Breakfast was fair. I wont stay again

Nice hotel, very nice rooms, friendly staff, not that good breakfasts.

It is nicely located. The rooms are very nice and comfortable, the staff is super friendly.

The breakfast is really subpar, even though the breakfast was included we didnt even took it the last couple of days. Eggs didnt feel fresh, there was not much variety, there was almost no fruit, it just is not that good.

Hotel was very nice and valet service was quick.

Parking is limited, so you are basically forced to valet for $50/ night.

Its a great stay, be aware of the hidden fees.

It was a great location, close to everything

There were some hidden fees that were not on the booking.com website, theres a mandatory valet fee and a deposit fee that I wasnt aware of when I first got there

Very nice stay. Ill be saving this place for future trips.

Location was perfect for our short stay for a concert event at Bass Hall. Very clean and very comfortable. Easy parking right across the street from the entrance.

Breakfast was kinda expensive and not the greatest variety for the price. We opted for breakfast elsewhere.

Great location. Staff were all exceptional. Breakfast very nice with friendly staff. I didnt use any facilities so cant speak to that. I will stay there again!
