    Overall nice stay the handsoap and shower gel was an oversight for me.
    Impressed very clean and soon as you walk in the 2 tvs in the room are programmed with the persons name that registered never seen that before very classy! Big room nice view comfy bed and pillows.
    Well been to many hotels and motels your hotel very pricey but you expect also the basics in the bathroom like free hand soap bars that are wrapped ready to go? None available or the free mouthwash bottles usually supplies to the customer. Finally the shower very clean but again Shower Gel bottle empty to the first pump very disappointed glad I brought my own. Yes they say oh you can ask its complimentary but we shouldnt have to call for basic handsoap or a refill that is locked.

    The staff charged my card for a different room and checked me in under the wrong person because she didnt take my id when I gave it to her and she took my name down wrong

    We will stay here again. Great place and great staff.
    The front staff were very friendly. The hotel offers a free shuttle service to downtown attractions and restaurants. This service was fantastic. They took us to our restaurant and back to the hotel and told us of places to shop after dinner. We called when we were ready to leave and they were there in minutes. Very friendly and helpful. The shuttle is a reason to stay at this hotel. We went to a show at the Palace Theatre and it is just around the corner. Breakfast the next day was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

    The location to the Louisville Palace is amazing. Youre only steps away. Theres some good food options within walking distance. The room and bathroom was clean.
    they charged extra for breakfast and it wasnt good, especially for the price. The parking garage is shady and parking is expensive, even self parking is $22.

    Location. Front desk clerk Lily was amazing.
    No shuttle service as described, no coffee in the lobby. The only waitress in the breakfast area was overwhelmed and unprepared with 6 people in the room. The hot items served cold. Never got the requested towels. The bill was incorrect.

    Staff was so friendly and rooms and hotel were super clean!
    Our only complaint was the beds were hard.
