Things did not work

Francisco, who came and fixed our coffee machine. He was the best thing about this hotel. Very helpful and .

Coffee machine didn't work...took ages for someone to come to room and fix it... got a new one eventually. TV didn't work. After calling reception, we gave up, because the person the receptionist said was coming right away, never came. The following morning, we found a maid, who swapped our remote, for one in another room, and bingo...TV worked. Also , our room was directly on Sherbrooke, a very noisy street. Would have been better the other side of the hotel. Bed very very soft.

We were very happy with our stay here

Good location - walking distance to most of the sights and Old Montreal as well. We were very happy with our room - it was spacious, included the essentials (tv, fridge, microwave), and the bed was comfy.

The only issue we had was that our truck was too big for the hotel garage and we had to find an outdoor parking lot for the duration of our stay.

The receptionists were very polite and professional. The environment and facilities were great! There was even a swimming pool and a small gym. They were very clean and I regretted that I had not brought my swimming suit!

Enjoyed our stay.

Plenty of parking available, short line for check in and out,,very clean rooms, nice swimming pool and spa.

Wished there was better lighting in room and wished pool was salt water, rather than chlorine base.
