When we got to the hotel, the receptionist told us that our paid reservation was cancelled because apparently they sold out all the rooms that night. This is the first time it ever happened to me. Never booking at Hilton again.

Excellent, clean, and modern hotel!

Very clean lobby, elevator, room. The room was very nice and water pressure was excellent. In room amenities were excellent. Also I had a nice view from my window. Staff was very pleasant and helpful. Location was great, many restaurants and a market near by. Would stay again if I needed to travel to Sacramento in the future.

It was restful.

Location was nice. Facilities were nice. Staff were wonderful, friendly and helpful.

The pool was a little dirty. No benches around designated smoking areas.

Clean room and comfortable bed. My flight was delayed overnight and they were very helpful to send the van driver right away for a pick up at the airport at 1am.

Very convenient to the airport , quiet and very clean.

The staff was very accommodating especially Kevin the shuttle drive. He saw us walking to a convenience store, recognized us as guests of the hotel and offered to drive us.
