The beds were totally disheveled in the room leading me to believe they werent really cleanand definitely not pressed. One bed was on a too small bed frame that was literally just metalCOMPLETELY different from the other wooden bed frame. Mattress was hanging off so much so that if you sat on the end foot of it you would fall off or flip the mattress. No extra linens or pillow in the closet as Ian had said there would be. And then lets talk about Ian. I went to the front desk to ask if there may be an available room to switch to (keep in mind I hadnt even told him why yet) and he immediately got frustrated and told me No. We are completely full there is nothing I can do. Ok I get that, totally out of his control. But the attitude?! Give me a break. He proceeds to LOUDLY sigh and roll his eyes at me while the whole while Im being polite. Tells me there are extra pillows and linens in the closet which I was unsure how that would helpand was false. He didnt even attempt to remedy the situation or apologize and when asked if we did something to upset him he just said Its not you. Ooookay. Great customer service and facilities, Hilton Garden Inn, clearly. To top it off, we had used TP rolls folded carelessly and a tub drain that was so clogged that I was completely finished getting dressed and ready after my shower and the tub had STILL not drained all the way. I will be posting reviews on other platformswhich I NEVER do unless they are positive. After working in hospitality and custom service for the past 16 years, I was appalled.
