    It was just OK
    Breakfast was nice and food was quickly repaired. But all four of us immediately had to use the restroom. The king bed was comfortable.
    There was not enough room in the hotel room to adequately have a king bed, and a sofa bed. There is no room to reach the other side of the room. Once the sofa bed was pulled out. We had to move the sofa, bed, and the furniture in order to just pull the bed out. Once the bed was pulled out, there were no sheets on the bed or in the closet and had to call Housekeeping. They did respond within minutes and brought them to our door. The couch had stains on it that looked gross to have your two kids sleep on When you know you have four people checking into a room, it would be helpful to have four towels instead of just three. Had to go to the front desk to get an extra towel for all four of us to be able to shower. They were extremely kind and helpful.

    Valet was very backed up. They parked my car on Church Ave to make some space. In the 10 mins it was parked there i was given a $25 parking ticket that I didnt even know about till 3 weeks later. No good.

    great place to stay while visiting UT or downtown Knoxville
    the location is great easy walk to down town walkable to campus but also an easy a very quick drive large lobby friendly staff star bucks and nice lobby bar/restaurant
    not much sun at the pool smells a little musty in halls
