The working staff were very cordial and helpful
I was charged extra 4900 over and above the amount fixed by Booking.com when pre-booking done, stating that there is a glitch in the system and the booking shows single occupancy for both rooms, however I had mentioned all required details of my family with 2adults and 2children.

Overall excellent. I did arrive early b4 check in time n since rooms available i was given same.
Very good n lots of choices. The buffet spread had local n international cuisine. Place for clean. The re-filing was done quickly as well.
The coffee was a bit late.
