First, the interaction with the staff. They were so welcoming, from the valet to the front desk.
Secondly, the room was clean, spacious, and comfortable. The breakfast was very good and always clean. The ladies who worked there started our day with hot coffee and a smile! I love the location. We walked to the stadium for a football game, and tons of entertainment, shopping, and food were 10 minutes or less from our room. It's just a perfect place for quiet after a party atmosphere!
First, the valet charge! It was not out front that a $25 + a day charge was separate, and you had to pay it to park on property. It just says valet and I assumed that meant you could have it or not. You can opt to park somewhere else, but it is a distance, and the price is pretty comparable without the convenience. It wasn't a bad thing, just an unexpected charge for first-time visitors like us.
Second, the elevator and hallways had guests spills and trash that were not cleaned up unless brought to attention. Some customers have no respect and therefore should be expected, especially since that is one of your first views of the hotel. We tend to jump to snap judgment.

All facilities were helpful and the employees of the Holiday Inn Express were absolutely welcoming in everyway. Kind, companionate and also attentive. I'm impressed with how you're entire staff has an impressive work ethic. Assistance is huge when I travel. I know I will be staying here again for comfort, hospitality, on kindness to you're customers I would like to say from you're valet and welcoming stations, front desk, baggage claim , Cafe and the housekeeping team I extend my gratitude. I am Paul I had a wonderful time staying here at you're Holiday Inn Express and Conference center. I stay at the Seabrook Nh location often and have an iHG rewards number.
I'm looking at my schedule and would enjoy another stay.
Valerie is and was a savior to me. Her kindness and representing Holiday Inn' Nashville on Broadway is embedded in my stayas one huge bright spot in my first stay here at a classy, affordable yet comfortable hotel to be welcomed into Nashville.
Valerie and you're welcoming shift upon my arrival and departure on Tuesday through Friday morning met my expectations. the beds were not queen as described on the website, they were twin, we slept poorly and uncomfortable with 2 people in the bed, we went to the reception to complain and the guy informed us that they do not have a queen bed even though it is on the website. bad nights. (including terrible service at reception, all staff were rude and impatient)
