Very close to Heathrow.
Room was large and well-appointed. It was also squeaky-clean. I enjoyed dinner and breakfast . Staff at reception and in the restaurant were friendly and welcoming.
I thought the parking fee was rather high. Walk from the parking lot was quite long and would have been a problem in pouring rain. It would be good to have direct access to the back of the building.

Only on site restaurant was closed when we arrived despite it being advertised on Google maps as being open 24/7. Cleaning crew entered our room without knocking at 9am saying she thought the room was vacant. Card didn't work on the gym door. AC didn't work. Should have more intl friendly electrical outlets

The hotel is exactly like the photos very beautiful and very nice and clean. I have an ongoing complaint about something which i am currently awaiting for their response but friendly staff and very nice place.
