    Very nice staff, we had a WiFi problem in our room and were set up with a meeting room for the day and a new room from the following day, the guys at the reception were very friendly, uncomplicated and helpful.

    Good value for the money! The rooms were big and clean, the breakfast was super good.
    Little details, like no hand towels and cups in the room. A bit noisy in the halls outside the rooms in the morning. But nothing that bad.

    Great location and amenities but poor service, cold water, noise, and limited breakfast choices.
    Location was good - near the beach There are multiple 24-hour supermarkets within walking distance Many chain restaurants close by.
    The staff were not helpful. The water was cold and on my last day, there was no water in my room so had to shower in another room with cold water. The hotel was very noisy. The walls are thin, and you can hear when someone enters their room from the slamming of their door. Breakfast had limited choices

    Great location, close to the beach. Staff was super friendly, pool was great. Food options provided at the hotel restaurant was tasty, with good potion sizes. Breakfast of course is included, but we cam back for lunch and were even more blown away.
    It may be a cultural thing, so I wouldn't pin this on the hotel as others in our travel party who stayed at different accommodations ran into this, but wash cloths. If you are planning a visit to Cartagena, and you've never been before, do yourself a solid and pack a few washcloths from home. The hotels in Cartagena did not have the ability to provide wash cloths. I did go down and ask, and after some apology the staff advised that we could be offered a large towel to "share". While the offer was at least something just do yourself a favor and bring your own as insurance.

    Lovely hotel. Great pool but unpleasant electronic musical beats added to the music
    Great pool with shade. Good breakfast .
    In the pool area there was always music, BUT thr hotel always added extra loud and repetitive thump thumps to every song. Unpleasant.
