Pleasant and well decorated room but we missed a fridge.
Good breakfast with very friendly and available supporting staff.
I just regret how unfriendly the receptionist was when she demanded my passport for check-in and the very rude way she reacted to the fact that I didn't have a passport, as it is not necessary to enter Switzerland from an EU country.

Fortunate to have great weather so we loved our stay!
The location is great. Easy walk to the train station and plenty of restaurants. Our suite had two balconies and plenty of windows. The breakfast was very good. Swiss power receptacles are different but they had plenty of adapters at the desk.
They have a rule that you cant take a coffee up to the room from breakfast. They have bad coffee in the room but it seems like a silly rule especially if you are staying multiple nights.

Value for money, comfortable and clean
The hotel is nearby interlaken ost station. The room was very clean with lots of amenities overlooking great mountains. The reception and breakfast staff were very friendly. The heaters work fine and bed was very comfortable. Coming back to our room from exhausting skiing we felt at home with nice fragrance smell along the room corridor.

Great place overall to stay while in Interlaken.
Location near train station and center of town while still in a quiet area. Good breakfast.
The walls are a bit thin as I could hear the people in the next room.
