The hotel provides a relaxing area, the Club Room, to enjoy a light breakfast in the morning, light snacks during the day. A nice place to unwind. Newspapers available to read as well.

The furnishings are tired looking. Need to be refreshed.

Exceptional

Our vacation experience in NY was enhanced by our stay at this hotel.

The breakfast was awesome. The second floor provided its residents with fruit and small eating items in a very comfortable environment. The staff was most hospitable.

We disliked nothing. We plan to return in early December. We plan to make this hotel our home away from home in New York.

Horrible service and experience. Would NOT reccommend.

Horrible valet service, waited 1 hour for my car. I've stayed here before and unfortunately the service and quality of staff has significantly declined over the past 2 years. Was very disappointed with my stay. Will not be returning.
