Convenient and affordable for midtown
Love the location of this hotel and the fact that it is pet friendly. The staff is also incredibly kind.
Bathrooms are teeny tiny but the building is about 100 years old so its not that big of a surprise or issue for me.

I would not stay at this hotel again for the reasons stated above.
Great location, service and nice decor.
The tiny bathroom was unacceptable, and Im very surprised the layout meets building codes and passed inspection. Also, the beds need more coveringa duvet or blankets. The basic Dish network cable seems archaic for 2023 and needs an update.

We were there for a show at the Fox, and lo and behold, the Fox was right across the freaking street.
Embarrassed that I've forgotten her name, but whoever was receiving guests at the desk a little after 3:00 p.m. on Friday November 3rd was welcoming, intelligent, patient, and downright charming.

My stay was a rather odd one and never have I experienced anything like this. I won't be back.
I loved the art in the room and the staff friendliness.
I didn't like that my permit to park didn't work multiple times, the wifi was slow so I had to remove my device from it, the bathroom is tiny, no full length mirrors, and the ultimate thing was the hot water going out and recieving no notice at all. I had to call and they literally knew and had an awful alternative.

Location
No proper restaurant. No buffet. Limited workforce in restaurant waiting time 30-45 mins in rush hours for breakfast. Limited choices for food
