Great price for a wonderful location, beautiful property and grounds. Family friendly. Wish we stayed longer! Breakfast onsite was lovely too.

Location. The fact that it is a 1920s building. Big rooms and comfortable beds. extremely friendly staff at the reception. Spotlessly clean throughout.
Parking is not included in the standard hotel rate, but should be, given that realistically this hotel is only accessible by car and on street parking is very limited with time restrictions.

We stay at the Kurrajong every time we visit Canberra and have received consistent service each time. We love the quieter area which is still within walking distance to the CBD if you're happy to walk a bit further. We love the gardens and outdoor seating. It's a lovely relaxing place to spend the afternoon with a wine. The bar snacks are amazing and great value.

Good position and connected rooms were great for a family.
Music from bistro downstairs started at 7am. Loud enough to make it less peaceful. Check in staff quite disinterested and not forthcoming with information about how to get to rooms.

Queen Room
Lovely quiet location close to lake. Bed was comfortable. Shower pressure was good. TV a good size.
Shower needed a good clean as mould in grout.
Parking keycard never worked.
