    Anyone who is going to Zermatt should definitely stay in this hotel!
    The view is good and the hotel room was quite spacious. We like the heating system in the rooms, it kept us comfortably warm.

    Staff at restaurant were not as friendly and helpful as the reception staff. One suggestion for the hotel to provide an anti-slip mat in the bath tub for safety.

    Overall, a great place to stay and value for the money paid
    The receptionist was friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and comfortable and had a balcony. It had a bath tub which is good for relaxing after a long cold day at the alps. The location was a 6 minute walk from the train station which was very convenient. There were sauna facilities available at the hotel. There were a good variety of food options at the breakfast buffet.
    The balcony view was average. It would be great if the hotel can provide toothbrush, toothpaste and slippers in the rooms.

    Away from the crowd but yet near enough to amenities and restaurants
    Breakfast and the view were great. Cozy common area to chill. Near the bus stop to go to Zermatt or simply walk. Its away from the Main Street. I like the quietness.
    The bed is too soft for my preference but seems to be the norm in Switzerland.
