    This hotel is a historic, Art Deco dream. So posh and sophisticated.
    The staff was amazing. They have great recommendations to local restaurants and were super invested in my trip (Mariah Carey Christmas Concert).

    Great place beautiful hotel ! Location is excellent, we would stay again !!
    I love the location and mastalgia of the originality of the hotel. Usually the people are nice but we did have a grouchy one when we checked in.
    I think you could do an upgrade on the rooms. I stayed there about four years ago and they're the same but I always like the beds but I could be a little more luxurious.

    Wonderfully Moody and Comfortable!
    Awesome hotel if you love moody ambiance with a little bit of history attached to it. We got a complimentary upgrade to the 13th floor and enjoyed it immensely. Loved the bathroom here. A very classy and comfortable hotel! Beds and shower were top notch as well.

    Fantastic stay in a beautiful historic hotel
    The hotel is beautiful! We loved the historic features. It was quiet and the bed was comfortable. The shower was very nice and we liked the pumps of body wash, shampoo and conditioner more than the little bottles you usually get. The staff were very pleasant. We tried the Italian restaurant on site and it was delicious.
    I wish it had a mini fridge but thats not a dealbreaker.

    This is a great hotel! The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was very friendly.
    Loved the classic style of the hotel. When it was remodeled, they stayed true to the original 1930's style from when the hotel was built. I was able to get a room upgrade that was unexpected, so double kudos!
    Reservation limitations at the speakeasy. It seemed a larger party was not as easy to accommodate. A party of 6 could not get until until 10:45. That is past my bedtime! :)
